IMPORTANT
Room charge does not include a city tax of 3,00 € per person/per night.
Kindly note that the capacity for each hotel and room is limited.
Room reservations will be processed on a first come, first served basis.
Arrivals before 24 October and as well as extended stays after 27 October will be confirmed depending on hotel’s availability.
For pre and post conference stays only Bed & Breakfast will be available at a lower rate.

TRANSFERS

If you are arriving by plane and need an organised transfer to your hotel and organised transfer to the airport for your departure, you will be able to book it using the hotel reservation form above.

Price of a one-way transfer is 13,00 EUR per person.

Upon your arrival at Dubrovnik Airport, Dubrovnik Sun staff will assist you at your flight exit, holding the ESHA 2023 logo, and will take care of your transfer to your hotel.
The departure transfer time from your hotel to Dubrovnik Airport will be posted at the conference info desk.
If you do not have flight information while you book transfers, you can send it later to esha.2023@dubrovniksun.hr

Group registrations & accommodation bookings:
If you are registering for a group of attendees and would like to pay the registration fees, but do not have all the attendee information, please contact DUBROVNIK SUN PCO.
If you would like to book accommodation for a group of participants, please contact DUBROVNIK SUN PCO.

Payment:
When registering online, you will be asked to select the payment method (in person or through the institute) and the payment type (bank transfer or credit card).
If you choose to pay by BANK TRANSFER, we will send you a proforma invoice to the email address you provide after we receive your ONLINE APPLICATION. Please note that bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the remitter.
If you choose to pay for your reservation by CREDIT CARD, in the last step of the online form you will be redirected to the T- COM PAYWAY page for payment by credit card.

Cancellation/refund Policy for Registration
For any cancellation received by September 24, 2023, the reserved registration fee will not be charged, except for a 50 € processing fee.
Cancellations received between September 25 and October 10, 2023, will be charged 50% of the reserved registration fee.
Cancellations received on or after October 11, 2023, will be charged 100% of the reserved registration fee.
