Invitation to sponsor conference participants from Ukraine
We invite all national associations and organizations that are able to contribute so that our colleagues from Ukraine, who are in a very difficult situation due to the war, can participate in the ESHA Dubrovnik 2023 Conference.
The conference package, which represents the total cost of the participation for one person in the conference is 895 euros.

Accommodation for 3 nights x (single room 115,00 EUR + tourist tax 3,00 EUR) = 354,00 EUR
Registration fee, early bird = 425,00 EUR
Transportation Airport – hotel = 13,00 EUR
Transportation Hotel – airport = 13,00 EUR
Gala dinner = 65,00 EUR
School visits = 25,00 EUR
TOTAL = 895,00 EUR
By paying the specified amount, your organization can sponsor the participation of one or more participants from Ukraine.

After receiving the sponsorship application Dubrovnik Sun PCO will send you proforma invoice to the e-mail you have provided.
Each payment will be publicly visible on this website. We will announce which association/organization paid the conference package, and for how many participants.
The association of directors from Ukraine will agree on which of their members will receive the sponsorship for participation in the ESHA Dubrovnik 2023 Conference.
